20 to 25 days is good for the level. Some places are going unlimited.

likefunny

Unlimited is the way of the future. You’ll never take it and the company has 0 liability on the books! Lose - Win!

likefunny

No its not, all things being equal I would rather join a firm with fixed PTO

All I know is that "unlimited" PTO is a scam.

likefunnyhelpful

I have taken more PTO at EY than I ever did at D bc I don’t have this constant “I shouldn’t use PTO so I can bank it for when I leave” thought, I just go take PTO

like

0, including weekends and holidays

likefunnysmart

We’re unlimited PTO.

funnylike

I probably should switch.

Deloitte has 25 days I think

like

You accrue more pto depending on your positions (i.e. managers get more than analysts) and also people that started more than 5 years ago just have more; they changed the system recently so newer people get less. So it's varied across the board, it's just the firm holidays that are the same

If you’re at BCG you get shafted. 15 days below manager, 20 for manager on up

likefunnysmarthelpful

Geeze thats a joke

like

25 up to unlimited

Close to 6 weeks at the M and above level at Deloitte

I've carried over more than 15 days, are you in consulting? And I hear a lot about people who feel like they can't take all their PTO, which really sucks. Luckily I've always been able to, except in 2020 bit that was more because I had nowhere to go vs not being able to use it.

We get 20 plus two built in weeks (so really 6 weeks total) for entry level Associate!

like

20 days as an associate. Not including winter and summer shutdowns (which is another 10 days) and holidays

like

27 days, + 10 holidays Accenture. No sick off

Sick time != PTO. Hate that Accenture considers them the same thing

I had a call w/ a recruiter and after hearing about the job, I *really* want it. But I’m worried I priced myself out of the role. I sent my resume/portfolio after and haven’t even gotten a reply that she received it, and I’ve followed up. I’ve been getting recruiter messages offering salaries up to 120k for copy/senior copy roles (which surprised me) so I gave 110-120 as a range on the call. She hesitantly said she thought 115 would be OK. But wondering if the salary could be the issue? Thought?

Was told I’d only have one round (4 interviews), each split 50/50 on case/behavioral. This is for an Associate position and will be interviewing with AP/P/SP level. Is this typical? Since I see most people have multiple rounds.
