Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.

I think CMA?
It 100% depends on the exit.
There are opportunities that would prefer the CMA, CISA, CFA, CPA, etc that are all worlds apart.
I currently have my CPA. I don’t necessarily know what I want to exit to, do you think any of these certifications are worth trying to get?
It depends on what you want to do. Not all those are created equal. But anything digital related (eg alteryx, tableau, etc) is going to be useful.
