Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.

Feel free to private message me with any questions I was in the same boat and I just found a job I’m starting in a week. Stay hopeful and u will get a job!
Have specific examples / stories ready for questions such as challenge in workplace, aha moment, project-based stories. Internet has full of these scenarios. You can tailor your project based stories based on your research of what the organization does. Practice how you’ll tell your stories. Be prepared with questions since you’re also interviewing them. Team dynamics, management style, what they like most about working in their group, etc
Helpful tips - be confident/don’t be nervous, seem interested, always answer questions in a positive way, ask good questions at the end. Follow up with a short thank you email the next day thanking the interviewer(s) for their time.
Things to consider - consider if the people who are interviewing you are people you’d want to work with/for. Does this role align with your long term goals? Is the compensation good? How did the company/industry fare during covid - are they an essential business?
Remember that you're interviewing them, too. Are they going to be a good fit for you? Will you be bored within a month? Are they so chaotic that PA seems like a duck pond by comparison? Is your potential immediate boss a micromanager or so out of touch that you'll have to figure everything out on your own? You may be stuck with this person for a long long time, so make sure you'll mesh well.
Delay technical questions as much as possible - bring up random topics and hope they share common interest. Works 90% - talk so much about bs the times up befor you know it
If you get asked behavioral interview questions (" tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision...") don't spend a lot of time thinking about a good real life example - make that shit up. The interviewer wants to test your ability to give on point examples, you don't get credit for anything else.
