I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I technically can make bonuses but I’m not supposed to dig into a sale and I have to send it to a sales rep (I am service and retention mostly). My boss also has me running a retired agents office until a new one is chosen (its an hour away with no pay increase or mileage pay). Also, no benefits! Should I start job searching?

I don't have automation architect type knowledge but I do automating scenarios with selenium and Java. I am not into framework development. Now if I join CTS at 15.7 package will they expect me to work into framework development or just as a tester who does automation sprint wise scenarios. Please only genuine suggestion. I have an active secret clearance, BS in strategic intelligence, working on a masters in cybersecurity, and taking Security+ in December. Boomer. I am in between jobs. Laid off in 10/21 after 16+ yrs, with an ABA firm. RIF. Still on excellent terms. Took my time living off generous package and didn’t seriously start applying until 01/22. Made a rookie mistake and accepted first offer.

SVP vs VP in banking.

I'm currently looking at two HRBP roles at two different titles/salary bands. This would at a large banking company located in NYC. Can anyone with banking industry experience share their perspectives and insights on the differentiation between the roles? I take it that VP is more of a junior role and a more commonly-used title. I have a friend that's a VP at JPM and has about the same YOE as me (shes not in HR). I have about 15 YOE but about 10 yrs HR YOE and 3 HRBP YOE.
