I got a call from Infosys HR on 16-September-2022 that I have been successfully selected for the job position of Test Analyst at Infosys, as per our conversation I have to receive an offer letter within 15 days, but I haven’t received it till now.

Hardly a chill role. A very well paid, professional babysitter for stubborn clients and creatives. It the project works out, you rarely get the praise, but if it doesn't, it's usually your fault.
It's a good idea if you don't need outside validation to be happy in a job.
I was internally seeking some validation yesterday & had to crush that desire! :)
Despite the truth of what MD1 says ($$ depends on agency/market too) if you like making order of chaos, like keeping track of all the little things, are a preemptive thinker & can stay pretty calm amidst the chaos (esp talking your AMs of a ledge) it is fun. I do love being a PM overall. My favorite is operational process. How do I make everything better for my teams downstream doing the work.
Lots of scheduling meetings and taking notes during those meetings. Creating project plans (that won't be adhered to). Tracking people down for deliverables.
Depends on the agency for WLB
ull feel like a meeting scheduler
I know someone who left consulting and became a PM. Her work as a consultant seemed way crazier in terms of schedule and she was burnt out. I’m not sure if it’s more chill in the agency world necessarily but it depends on your team you’re managing. When you have a supportive team it makes all the difference. And also if you like the “creative” process then it may be worth it.
I find consulting quite stressful now and want something with better WLB
