This company I am interviewing with is not proposing a base salary and an OTE. They are asking me to create it and I really need guidance here. It’s an AE role in medical SaaS sales for orthopedics surgery. What do I need to ask? So far I know that they cover medical insurance, there is no 401k, and there are private company stock options. It’s mainly inside sales with maybe 10% travel.

My thought was 75k base and 110k OTE. But they are saying to lower the base and increase OTE.

I completed technical round of interview for Cognizant and was scheduled for L2 round. But during the L2 round, there were some technical issues with the application due to which the interviewer got a lag in my voice. So he said he would reschedule the interview. What should I do next? Interviewer was not interested in taking my interview.. First she rescheduled the interview then she finished my interview in just 20 minutes without even investing proper time.. My interview went well still my candidature is rejected.. I feel like I was interviewed again so that they can reject me..

I have an interview with the CTO of a growing startup on Monday. It’s for a technical product owner position. I’ve already interviewed with their lead product designer and technical PM so far which included a case study round as well. This round with the CTO will be my last round. What kind of questions should I expect? Specific inputs and general motivation will definitely help since I’ve been doubting my capabilities a lot recently.

Anyone else find the job search process to be absolutely soul crushing and exhausting? I’m trying to find inspiration, but it’s hard because these people want to do 10 interviews to wear you down, it seems.
