Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. There are really only two distinct SLs within PAS. Mobile Talent (global mobility services) and Workforce Advisory (more traditional human capital consulting, inclusive of change management). We are a national practice and have strong fluidity in how folks can/do get staffed on projects - meaning, no need for “switch”. Individuals need to communicate interests and work with experience management and counselor on how to get staffed on things in-line with interests and development areas.
Agree. It’s strange. There is a reason though. PAS is a singular entity, which is inclusive of the group that provides global mobility services. Those folks provide tax advice and sign returns. Therefore, from a quality perspective, hard alignment to tax. However, PAS is jointly “owned” by tax and consulting and workforce advisory very closely follows the rhythms of our consulting brethren.
