My question is usually how long does Nagarro HR takes to release the offer ?

Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

Everyday I go into work wishing I died instead bc I absolutely hate my job and am trying to leave pharma advertisement and medical communications but every job outside the industry rejects me and only recruiters for pharma reach out. My mental health is deteriorating and I woke up to find the team assigned me with MORE projects despite the fact I’m new to the team and do not know and every-time I ask questions, people get annoyed. :(, I feel lost and cry every day

I’m sure I’m in the minority here, but I find working early morning hours instead of late night hours to be so much better. Three of the last five business days I’ve been at my desk (in office) before 6:00 am, and honestly I’m starting to love it. I can get so much done when people aren’t here and I can still leave at 5:00 when others start leaving.

Spouse is a state department employee and currently overseas. I’m a manager with three years of experience in consulting and 8 years of experience in the military where I left as a O-3 (GS-12 equivalent). SO wants me to take a non-negotiable family member hire role at the embassy overseas for one year so we can co-locate. Job sounds interesting, but is a non-negotiable GS-6 equivalent. Family life would be great but am I derailing my career permanently? Can I explain this in the future?

PTO Dilemma: I have over 100 hours of PTO remaining from hours carried over from last year that must be used before 12/31. I scheduled out days to use the hours. However, when I put my scheduled PTO in the Utilization Tracker, and include the Thanksgiving holiday and the Collective Disconnect days, I end up below my utilization target. How is that possible? Is it me or is there really something wrong with how utilization is calculated?-
