Is TCS currently providing wfh option? I had given interview in TCS 3-4 months back and was selected also. But the HR wasn't sure if I will have wfh or wfo.And I wanted wfh only so I left the offer. Now again I received call from TCS and now they are saying it's upon choice if I want wfh or wfo.So confused whether to go for interview or not.Does anyone know if they are providing wfh or wfo by choice? I'm currently at Mumbai location and as per the call from TCS it's on me what to choose. please advise 🙏

I feel ho-hum about the government job because I’ve been doing it for so long, and also the option for hybrid work is uncertain. But the salary and benefits are obviously appealing.
Any thoughts, especially from those in private consulting?
Dm me for a Deloitte referral!
In my brief experience IBM had some rough people but it was very limited engagement from my end. They pretty much serve the same functions as a main go to contractor for transformational projects and have decent amount of sustainment projects.
AFS I work for now and have had nothing but good experiences though with every place prolly project and people dependent. Mostly transformational or new implementation projects.
Deloitte is only now trying to press in more on their federal/DoD presence so they mostly are either more admin, training type roles and some minor minor transformation projects.
All seem pretty good in WLB since government 9-5 and no OT other than limited circumstances. Compensation best at Deloitte but not bad AFS. IBM I’ve heard does some weird stuff with project based compensation and re evaluations down where they might hire you at a higher rate then end of year say sorry we can’t pay you that so pay cut, but that was hearsay so not 100% there.
