What are the major differences between IBM vs Accenture Federal vs Deloitte for federal/state health analytics at the M/SM level? Compensation, types of clients and projects, WLB, effectiveness of leadership, etc.

I know IBM Federal is separate from state and local (which is in their commercial practice), unlike AFS and Deloitte GPS

I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. Now my standard util is 40 and my adjusted is 105... and this project last in another month... by then my standard util might be 20.. will my promotion be affected by this?
