What are the pros and cons for being a DAS Consultant (Digital) v/s a Generalist Consultant - have been told former is exactly same as latter, only the cases tend to be digital. More importantly, any medium - long term consequences?
Also heard that after 2 years track can be changed back to Generalist - how easy/difficult is that?

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only. Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. I wanted to move to devops role. But without experience no one is giving opportunity and they are considering my profile as QA only 😒

2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Read that McK is paying 2K higher than BCG this year which means BCG will probably raise again next year to at least match. However, they can’t just copy McK with 2K to match because that would look bad so they’ll have to beat it again. Then McK and Bain will follow.
