My hack is DIY or using my handyman. I don't do much quote shopping unless it's a $5k+ job.
At some point, maybe it's worth finding a handyman you trust and paying whatever they ask to save you time.
I'm a reluctant landlord, I have a property manager that makes my life easy and eats up most the cash flow.
Property manager. They can take care of these issues for you and other issues that comes from being a landlord.
These hassles are only at the beginning (hopefully). I did the same in May of this year. Now that all their little complaints are all addressed, I'm just collecting the rent. If you really don't want to deal with that, look at prior responses.

How are there so many issues? Did you get an inspection first? Sounds like you bought a fixer upper, not a long term rental.
A property manager will help with handling the quotes and day-to-day, but it still sounds like a money pit in addition to a time suck.
