Do you pay your credit cards in full every month?

I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). It got me thinking about how many people adhere to this advice.

Firm wants me to back pay last year FICA tax(Social Security and Medicare tax).
Last year I started working as F-1 and transition to H1b. Firm never withheld FICA tax.

Now they ask me to back pay last year FICA tax and then will send me W2c form.

The catch is I already file my tax without those FICA tax. Should I pay them and file tax amendment?

Guys, I had very less HRA for April 2022 till August 2022. I was showing 1 lac annual rent .I joined new organisation in sept and now HRA is 43000 per month. First 2 years for CSR is about to be over, and I’m looking at the value of the card against the annual fee. Combined with my other cards (Chase Freedom Unlimited & Flex) and deducting the $300 travel fee, the net benefit is $76. Is that enough to justify keeping the card?
