If you are thinking of starting a law practice or growing one with little or no capital, you need to get the book, “Starting & Growing a Law Practice without Breaking the Bank.
It was written based on personal experience and research. I started my practice 11 years ago in the middle of the 2008/2009 recession with about $500 and I have grown the practice significantly over the years using affordable and available resources.
I also coach solo practitioners and small firm attorneys. https://www.amazon.com/Starting-Growing-Practice-Without-Breaking/dp/1099523303

I just scramble around, get panicky, and then just do it.
Pre-COVID: try to get a decent night sleep; bacon, egg, cheese breakfast sandwich in the morning before trial; pack up extra supplies because the partner I work with always forgets something; pack snacks; try to get to the courtroom first so I can call dibs on the counsel table that I prefer and get set up quickly. My boss always schedules a haircut a day or two before trial and we carpool over to court from the office (suburban practice) so that we get an extra strategy session in. Lunch from the same place each day of trial, across the street from the courthouse. Drive back to the office: debrief of the day and blast 80s music to get the stress out.
There's very little I miss about going to the office everyday, but I miss doing stuff like this!
