Hello Fishes - I have worked in Intel Corporation for a year but not as direct employee. It was my client location. My direct payroll was LNT Services. How can I take benefit of Intel Corporation as I was NOT a direct employee there. Can I mention in my resume. If yes, how and what to mention in my resume?

Quick qstn - I'm receiving HRA of 24075 from my employer but I would like dhow the rent paid as 96k p.a (while filing ITR). Even if I do so, I was only able to get exemption of 24075 from gross. Checking if we can speak to payroll department to increase Actual HRA since I'm actually paying more rent than compared. Will I be able to do so ?Deloitte Newco EY Accenture Genpact KPMG

Not in a media agency, so I’ll let others answer you more directly, but I think there’s an extent to which we can control that work-life balance.
Try to set strong precedents for yourself and your team from the beginning in a new role. Be clear in communication with others about what they can expect. Don’t answer emails on weekends unless it’s *actually* a red-hot emergency (once I started practicing this, I very quickly realized that most of what I had previously thought was super urgent really wasn’t).
I know agency culture is all “work hard, play hard,” but don’t be afraid to practice self care in setting boundaries.
Are you in the U.S? It has been difficult lately.
Agree about speaking with leadership about your experience - they need to hear from you. If the hours are there a hire can be made or the work can shift to someone else. Good to have a partner in your manager/leadership to help with the boundaries that others here have mentioned. Thanks for sharing how you're feeling. You can only control the things you're responsible for and I hope you'll ask others for help on the rest.
I am in the US. My hours have been crazy and I’m so burnt out and feel hopeless.
I’m so sorry to hear that and can understand as I’m in a similar boat hours wise. I wouldn’t feel hopeless though, have you reached out to anyone in leadership about how you’re feeling? They may be able to hire a freelancer to help you.
