Hello! Looking for some guidance. I will soon be leaving Verizon after 15 years with them (6 years HR experience, 3 years Operations, 6 years leadership). I got the offer and it’s exactly the same base/bonus as my current role. (Though they’ll also give me so stock options in the private company).
