Hi, I've recently got selected to IBM GBS, and my husband working for PSU I am from Andhrapradesh and IBM location is Chennai. I've 1year baby. Due to this I can't relocate to Chennai. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and trying to figure out my leave. I live in NJ and work at PwC, any fishes know the policy for NJ and PwC? The leave center has not been much help and I want to plan NOW not like 60 days before. I was told NJ gets two weeks before due date and PwC gives you two weeks as well.

A small fan that you can attach to the bed, Frida disposable underwear and ice pads.
Rising Star
Lanolin, disposable underwear, snacks for labor and postpartum, portable sound machine, eye mask (if you’re used to darkness), present for previous kids from baby for their visit if that’s happening
Electric heating pad, warm blanket or sweatshirt for hubby. It gets pretty cold at night.

Labor: airpods, hair ties, TENS machine, clary sage and peppermint essential oil, my own gown (just an amazon cheapie that was thrown away after).
Postpartum: toiletries, thin cotton robe, preferred peri bottle, long phone charger, sound machine, egg light, pump flanges (I prefer to pump a bit in the hospital if baby isn’t transferring colostrum well and prefer my own, small flanges)

Matching outfit for baby and you if you’re up for pics
I brought dried mangos and sour candy. It was the best snack after delivery :)
Snacks, eye mask, extra long phone charging cords, our own towels, empty bag to take all the extra hospital stuff (diapers, wipes, pads).
Next time I’ll leave my own pillow unpacked when leaving the hospital and sit on it for the god awful wheel chair ride they make you take at discharge.
Haha it would have to be a really long walk for me to want that wheelchair. We sat packed up and waiting for it almost 2.5 hours and when it showed up the foot rests were locked at two very different heights and the girl didn’t know how to fix it 🫠

Things I brought the second time that I didn’t bring the first time: Battery pack with charging cord so I didn’t have to look for or be near an outlet. Breastfriend nursing pillow. Donut pillow — that tailbone goes through a lot and the hospital beds are not cushy (my husband went home to shower and I had him bring it and it felt like heaven; also used for any wheelchair rides).
