My remit quadrupled+ in a recent re-org with no increase in pay/promotion, my new director is new to the company and was zero help, and I was passed over for recent promotion during the comp cycle. currently tossing up between staying at a global company (who is in the process of some positive changes) with an amazing manager who supports my career and flexible working … however comes with the inherit issues that come with a long standing global company

compared with a role at a smaller mga, higher salary (around 30%) more , more visibility career wise and some great employee benefits , management seem to be supportive and low staff turnover

Ugh I wanted to take my son to see a UFC match in person. Just so happens there is one in November at Madison Square Garden - great right! I knew the tickets would be expensive, was willing to pay $400 to $500 a ticket as long as they were decent. The cheapest ticket in the whole arena, basically top row so you can’t see crap, is $506 before you start with the fees!!! Am I wrong or is that just bananas????
