What do you do in a situation where you're in "management" when actually your salary slip says "administrator" I've worked for the company for 10yrs with no bad record.
But I get bypassed, ignored, not considered for any other roles I very much qualify for.
Instead the extra work with pay or promotions go to those that don't deserve nor qualify for the roles, and when I am considered I don't get offered the salary advertised / no increase?
There's a lot to the story but that's the jist of it

Can the HR revoke my offer letter altogether, If I request for a salary renegotiation just 1 month before my joining date?

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

We have such an accelerated close deadline at the publicly traded company I’m at now, I really hate the inflexible tight deadlines and analysis seems to drag on forever after that. We also close AP/AR very early in the month yet that doesn’t stop payments/receipts from happening so we’re constantly adjusting our accruals until the end of month.
