What do you do when your agency partner keeps missing deadlines? Even though you’ve extended already.

I make a lot more than a coworker along with a higher title all because I have an awesome boss who cares and he has a selfish one. Should I say something to my boss or HR?

Is it common for a midlevel to gossip with a first year about another first year’s work? Is it common for midlevels to trash juniors amongst themselves? I think my office is hella toxic

Is it totally weird to request another meeting after getting a job offer to make sure it's a right fit? 🤔

I've noticed that sometimes I still have lingering questions. ❔

I've been burnt out by toxic work environments, so I don't want to make another mistake. 🙄

How would you handle this logistics of this meeting? (Timing - after the offer but with time before you start? How to phrase the reason why?)

There’s a senior architect at my firm that’s absolutely toxic as heck but on Fridays, he becomes his alter ego. All like “Happy Friday!” and “you’re very welcome” and “hope you have a fantastic weekend!” No joke, he really is a different person.

Do you guys respond to emails and phone calls over the weekend or have you been able to put boundaries in place wit your boss?

A partner I work for keeps asking for ETA's on assignments I have already submitted to the senior associate on the deal for review. Does it sound like I'm throwing the senior associate under the bus if I say I have already submitted to senior associate and am waiting for feedback? I feel like the partner will get upset at me even more if my answer sounds like I haven't submitted the assignment to the senior associate yet.

Junior keeps sending me their work, but partner never asked me to review it. I am a mere one class year ahead of them. I’m not going to cover for their work product either. In spirit of transparency, How can I politely tell them they don’t need to keep doing this nonsense?

I posted this somewhere else before I remembered that I am in this bowl :) so, I changed jobs 6-7 months ago and I am realizing it is not a good fit. Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else. I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
