Do you all see a compelling future in your tax career? I’ll go first, I don’t see a compelling future working for a large PA firm in the long run because you have to work more as you move up. However, I do see a compelling future by using my knowledge and skills to open my own firm/business and work less hours as long as I make enough money which is $75k, or if I do work long hours, it’s because I want to.

I understand that in most cases folks with <2 YOE will join with the same title as UG campus hires. How many YOE (or months of experience) will qualify you for a higher pay band (compared to campus hires)?

The answers might vary across firms and I’d appreciate if you can specify which one you are referring to - TIA!

I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. I'm currently Working at ntt data business solutions. I'm quite underpaid with about 57k goal salary. - 52k fix and 5k Bonus. With 3years expierence in sap consulting mm/ sd 5 years as a key User in a DAX Company and a M.Sc. in IT Mamagement.
I'm thining about apply for a job at the SAP directly or going into a supply chain role.
My goal is a good work life Balance, traveling at least 1 time a Month international and a salary of about 85k.
