Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

I’m not aware of any firm that’s letting support staff reside in a state they do not have an office because of the supervision and practice of law requirements (truthfully along with tax and state business license requirements as well).
There just isn’t much leverage for support staff.
Your best bet is to find a firm nearby that has remote or hybrid work that’s hiring.
I think it's more for tax reasons for your situation, given that you may be moving to a state where the firm doesn't have any current offices. The same "no" answer would likely apply even if you were an attorney. So, perhaps look for greener pastures if this is a deal breaker for you?
That's what they tried to claim, but I know that wasn't true. I have no regrets leaving, I definitely miss the pay, but I'll keep looking for a better fit. I have no ill will towards them at all!

For legal Friedman Williams is one firm. Do you use LinkedIn? If not use it and recruiters will contact you.
Unfortunately, the firms in Charleston top out at $75k, which an absolute joke with 20 years experience and the cost of living being so much higher. I'll find my forever home, hopefully soon because I love being a litigation paralegal. It's who I am, not what I do!
