What has been tested on BEC recently?

I personally prefer them with salt, pepper, and ketchup (or SPK as we call it in NYC). Extra crunchy bacon and fried egg. Tried and tested. Can’t beat a good BEC. I know a buddy of mine tested avocado on his but has since reverted to SPK.

Yes I have, felt the sims were way easier than I expected, the mcq was a bit more tricky than Becker when it comes to rote memorization.
Like hammer down coso. Beckers I felt were easier on that.
When it comes to the math, Beckers was way harder than it needed to be

One of the things that my ADD coach helped me with was realizing that I wasn’t prioritizing activities that help me feel recharged. Between work and home responsibilities, I was just burnt out and overwhelmed.

So now when I start to get burned out I focus on reducing auditory overwhelm, getting outside, listen to music, get comfortable, read a fun book, etc.

As we’re heading into the weekend, what are some things you do to recharge and give yourself a break?

Hi Folks,

I've got a job offer from a small IT company. But before releasing the offer letter, they want me to accept a terms and conditions form which has this 10th point as shown in picture. It states failing to join them will result in paying 2 months of salary that's around 130000 rs.

Is it for real? If I get a better offer somewhere else ane don't join them, will I really have to pay this to them? Please help friends. What should I do?

I am not sure just how many people are in this bowl but I feel like I just need to say this...I AM SO GRATEFUL AND HAPPY WITH MY DECISION TO PRACTICE IP! I am a newer attorney and I practice solely trademark law. I love it, my boss, my schedule and I am happy! I am seeing so many attorneys posting about burnout, stress, and hating their jobs in the other bowls and I just needed to shout it out to the universe that I think we made the right decision with IP.

I joined a project that had already started and the team already settled on creating a user journey map, even though none of them are designers or in ux. I also have no experience in this field as I'm a data engineer. The user journey map was for mapping out the process for tenants finding housing assistance, so not a technical product. Given this new field and type of work, I've been having a really tough time. Anyone mind sharing what helped get you through your first ux project?

I’ve made it 5+ years in a NY M&A practice and have consistent exceeding expectations reviews. I’ve had a few mental breakdowns because of work during this time, but thankfully made it through. I’ve been in a near constant depressive/anxious state for family reasons for the last year and half, and am soon having my first kid. I’m scared shitless that I’ll spiral out of control both at work and at home if something doesn’t change soon. Any suggestions on how to keep this job and keep it together?

The extension would really help me, but I’m not sure what more to tell them in my email than the fact that I couldn’t sit for the exams this Spring/Summer due to test centers closing in NYC.
