How is the manager role of Deloitte India for analytics and cognitive practice? Anybody from this practice who can help me on this decision please. How is wlb, I know mine is going to be client facing and that I would be expected to do more that just project work but does that mean I would have to work on getting projects for practice or how it will be?

I received a proposal for a Senior Analog Designer role from Bosch in the same city where I am currently working.
Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

So if i am getting an 40% hike based on my previous CTC it's still less then my expected CTC and it ll be difficult for me to survive and relocate in metro cities. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. In this case, according to TCS talent policies, what is the procedure and the benefits that he can avail, as part of project initiated relocation? Also, how long it takes to get base location changed through HR in TCS?

Already having 26 ctc (fixed) and another 2 lacs as shift and on call allowance.

But Shift would be general 9 to 6 in hcl.
Any suggestion/ feedback to opt or not?

After having lunch around 1-1:30pm , I get very drowsy and feel an extreme urge to sleep. Is it wrong to sleep for like an hour in the afternoon during working hours. I can extend my timing in the evening to compensate. What do u fishes think about this?

I joined company A 20 days back in the offer letter they mentioned designation as senior analyst and when I joined I got to know that thet gave me designation as just engineer and I am 6.5 year experienced.
I am not very comfortable with this uninformed demotion also I have another offer in hand but i haven't informed that I already joined in because I was not in that mental state.
What should I do ?

I cleared my first round on Infosys. They scheduled another call for 15mins(hr round probably). I also got a mail to send the documents and asking of my expected package. Now I got a mail saying that I was rejected. Anyone know the reason?
