What is a typical net worth of partners at big 4 or MBB or other good consulting firm? ( equity or non-equity partners)

Do all B4 firms match only 25% on our 401k contributions up to 6%?

I’ve got a friend in Dubai who has experience in IB and VC at junior levels (in London and Dubai) and would like to break into consulting. He’s at a small cap VC at the moment and works not that challenging, and he wants to break into MBB or tier 2 for strategy. Anyone happy to look at his CV?

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?

Again posting since my last post did not got attention. Wanted to ask whether it's good to switch to big 4 India advisory role from a mid tier organization dealing in tech and ops. Additionally, they offered just very low percentage on current CTC saying that I am coming to a big brand.
Plus my current financial situation is stressful and I accepted the offer on certain conditions but now hr or the firm but saying we can't committ you. Any suggestions.

Anyone heard good things about CFGI? I’ve heard their comp structure is gimmicky with overtime pay. But if I could make the same base there as I do in big 4 with the chance of some overtime pay is it worth it to give it a shot?

Tax senior with CPA at small firm. Best way to get to Big 4 audit? (LA or OC) Went to non-target so little to no alumni at B4. I don’t mind the switch to a lower title since audit was always my preference and was never a fan of tax (stayed local for family).

Staffed on a team right now that is an SM, M, and me. I find that the SM and M spend 90% of their time doing other things and I am left to deliver our project work. On the one hand, I am okay with this because I am capable of doing it. On the other hand, I’m tired of doing all the work myself and having no one to even bounce ideas off of. I don’t mind driving the work, but I don’t want to do ALL of it. Would be great to have more input from my leads, junior staff to help out, or both.
