Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?
Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

That seems low?
There are way too many variables to establish. For what it’s worth, I’m 3 years in as partner in B4 and just over $3.0. Probably half of that was created in the last few years, but much is market growth.
$3.00 I’d better find a new line of work, $3.0B and I wouldn’t be here, so yes. 😂
Ugh how many years in ? Like net worth at retirement ?
A partner at a Big 4 vs MBB: Big difference
UK: A partner at Big 4 average yearly is £500-700k vs MBB where the average partner starting out earns Atleast £1 - 1.2m
Typically by the end of their careers (keeping aside wealth accrued through investments) an MBB partner would be worth £10-15m (assuming partner for 10-15 years)
B4 partner pay is highly skewed (at least in the UK) A lot of the equity partners don't make a ton (starting at £300k I believe), but the top dogs (think practice line heads etc) make more than MBB.
