As EY pointed out you can buy those ETFs at any brokerage. I forget if Fidelity offers fractional purchases but if you are hoping to invest a fixed amount on a fixed schedule you can use FZROX, their total market index mutual fund.
I personally wouldn’t own any of the fidelity zero funds in a taxable account. You have to hold them at fidelity so would have to sell them if you left fidelity for any reason. I have a lot of FZROX and the international find in my IRA and HSA but would use the regular SP 500 or total market fund in my brokerage account if I wanted a mutual fund. I use ETFs in my brokerage account though
