Wealthfront has direct indexing option that does this. There’s a 100k min to use it. If you elect to use it, it replaces the VTI portion of your portfolio
This research study says about 1% a year of tax alpha: https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3351382
Likely worth it with fees of .25%…. Wealthfront also let’s you customize your portfolio so you could put 100% of your portfolio in this direct indexing category. I’m planning on doing this once I have 100k in taxable and feels like a value add if you’re investing mostly in index funds like VTI. You’re basically just paying for the auto-tax loss harvesting, not the robo portfolio’s returns

Your question is unclear to me. Are you looking for robo-advisor that constructs S&P 500 basket using individual stocks so that it can harvest tax loss better? I don’t see how that would be more efficient at TLH. I’m probably reading your question wrong or you may want to elaborate a little bit further.
