I don’t have a horse in this fight
Hi Fishes, I am considering a Senior Engineer role with Alteryx (previously Hyper Anna) Sydney. If it's not too much trouble, I was hoping if anyone here could share their experience of working at Alteryx Sydney in terms of Culture, work life balance, politics, work pressure, people, Leadership and product. Thanks.

I’ve liked it here so far but there is no culture at all. You work and go home. I’m paid at the high end for my level, I like my benefits (I don’t use the healthcare), my workload is manageable.
Alllllll of that being said.... I’m actively looking like everyone else and planning to leave at my one year.
You better lol
Accenture OP I have a very different experience here. There are a lot of loud people on fishbowl but my experience isn’t the same. My WFH flexibility is great and I love my team. Health benefits are mediocre. I’ve been in consulting for 10 years so I have experienced worse by far. No matter what effort is made the people on here tear everything down. I can’t say I have any real complaints but I know every experience is different.
No, NSS in general have good vibes... DHS is a large client so idk which division and project you’ll be on
Originally I thought Scott (CEO of legacy Guidehouse) was better than legacy Navigant CEO and then came to the realization that it’s the same (if not worse) joke. They only care about themselves.
What changed your mind?
Lol I think it’s fine...could be better could be a lot worse! I’m just here to read all the inevitable negative comments!
Every person I know who ended up at Guidehouse when PwC spun off GPS has left.
I also have no complaints. Fishbowl is a platform to vent. Keep that in mind with any decision you make.
Right right, how’s your health insurance on that other side??
I was there when PwC Public Sector became Guidehouse. Almost everyone I worked with has left since the sale 2 years ago.
No complaints here either - I mean I do have lots of complaints but don’t think this is any worse than any other consulting firms out there...
Well, you need to work in other consulting firms to compare because you’re far away from the truth benefits wise
lol better to know now than later, thanks all! How lenient are they about working from home?
When I worked there our contract didn’t allow for any teleworking and our leadership frowned upon taking any PTO
Not to hijack OP but I’m curious how the expense policy is for the commercial side (legacy Navigant). Do you have a corporate card or do you get reimbursed for using a personal card?
Ouch GH3. Are you public or commercial?
