What is one “tradition” that you have at work during this time of the year? I typically make it a point to not take time off because it’s quiet and I can get work done. Plus, I’m not expected to work that much so it’s kinda like a “light” stint of PTO. It all works out for me.

Change my mind: the talk around things shifting to a 'new normal' is overblown. Society's collective conscience is too short-term to enact massive changes to things we are comfortable (e.g., global warming). Yes, it will take awhile for offices to open back up, flights to be full, etc., but within 1-2 years things willbe mostly back to what they are like now and this massive structural shift will have never materialized.
