Well here in Uk we are offered the benefit of Hybrid work. It helps to make the work hours pretty flexible and the work less chaotic.
US - this should be standard, but paid paternity leave and childcare assistance. It's a real life-saver and I wish more companies offered it!
I offer Dad Jokes to lighten the mood. About 10% of the time I get a chuckle from people. The rest of the time they get exercise rolling their eyes.
Other than that, the benefits my company offers is mostly standard fare for a US company. But if ai had to pick one, I would say our Wellness program since it can reduce monthly medical costs by $100 for single coverage and $200 for EE + Spouse/Family coverage.
