What is the salary raise from Account Supervisor to Group Account Supervisor?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!

One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Haven't yet talked to Deloitte about counter offer, curious how much will they counter this with.

Just venting - In my 50 and tired of monthly periods with no end in sight. According to blood/hormone tests I’m pre/peri menopause. I hate the drier skin, hormone changes, thinning hair and weight gain (no matter how I adjust my diet and exercise the scale will not budge). Fortunately the one symptom I don’t have is hot flashes. I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.
