What is the salary trajectory like in Pharma? From Senior Manager -> Associate Director -> Director, etc.

Big ranges, and bonus is the big variable. Also, some large biotechs are trying to flatten and don’t have the AD position. Salary wise, SM is ~140K, AD would be ~165K, D is ~190K. Bonus goes from 20% at lower levels to 50%, and stock grants will be very variable. Glassdoor should be helpful as well.

Not to hi-jack, but think it is relevant to you too OP. Don’t these comps seem low? A consultant from a T2 with several years exp will need to be SM to achieve comp parity
