It has been 2+ weeks since I completed the Interview & Psychometric Assessment rounds with Macquarie Group , but yet to hear anything from them. I also followed up with HR but with no response. For the record, the interview went well. Any idea if they usually take this amount of time to get back? If I got rejected, why not communicate directly?

NYC - 6% into my 401k, and try to save 20% of my take-home pay each month. I move it over to savings so I'm not looking at it in my checking account. Would like to eventually not technically live paycheck to paycheck and own something one day so I make it a priority.
10% pre-tax to 401k and like 3% to liquid savings... I'm not doing enough if I want to buy a home someday. I'm also paying my boyfriend's rent tho so once that's fixed I'll be able to save 10% to 401k and 10% to liquid savings, maybe more

Lol wut. Are you all really high up or don't live in NYC? I'm lucky if I save 5%
69%. -Chi. Have help for cheesy pasta; but worth it.

That is a negative 15% and I live in NYC. Seems like you're doing ok for a jr cw.
I'm 26% and live in Chicagoland. Started as a young pup in NYC, and was negative for a few years. Not easy there.
⬆️ oh, I work in NYC and live in NJ (easy commute), which is why I can save that much. Rents in NYC are crazy.

The 69% from @LB2 and 70% from @Mediavest above give me anxiety. After all bills and expenses I'm probably left with about 35% to save or invest
👆they gotta live with mom and dad. Those numbers after tax ain't possible.
