What would be the typical salary increase from a first year audit associate to a second year audit associate at KPMG?

HCL 27LPA with 15% VP
TCS 22LPA with 2.5L VP

I know there are more difference with Salary in HCL but I am worried about Job Security and Work as I have already reached 12 plus of experience as .Net Developer. I am planning to settle down for few years. Kindly suggest which option to opt for.

I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. Tax senior with CPA at small firm. Best way to get to Big 4 audit? (LA or OC) Went to non-target so little to no alumni at B4. I don’t mind the switch to a lower title since audit was always my preference and was never a fan of tax (stayed local for family).
