Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

I'm always skeptical of "bring your whole self to work." If that's followed it can lead to trouble. We really don't need people being totally unfiltered in the workplace. Maybe that sounds old-fashioned, but it's a place of business, after all.
Definitely need to filter appropriately.
Placing an overemphasis on "culture fit" during the hiring process. I think it's completely misguided and unfairly punishes introverted candidates. It also feels infantilizing. "We've got to make sure everyone plays nice together or nothing will ever get done!" Blegh.

I disagree. Not hiring the first candidate you meet, even if they're as close to perfect as possible, just so you can "see more to compare," is foolish and can cause you to lose that nearly perfect candidate to a competitor.
Holding on to a poor performer/disruptive influence/bad apple all around too long is demoralizing to other employees and could end up costing you a fortune in bad work or a bogus lawsuit.
I agree! Don’t waste time with trying to pull in more candidates.
