What is the slary range for level 25?
Hi. I'm a final year btech student, and I recently got an offer from PwC India for the post of Sr. Analyst, with the package of 4.5lpa fixed + some yearly performance bonus. How should I expect me to be my career graph in pwc? Promotions, work culture, work life balance, basically any kind of insight will be appreciated.
THANKS A TON, IN ADVANCE.

I know tons of AEs and different shops (large holding companies to little boutique) and I would say MANY get paid under 60k even with a year or so as an AE. I'd love to know whete these don't take less than 60k people are coming from haha
Is it that high now? I thought 55 is pretty standard offer
I’m a female. Salaries at all stages below. Moved a level up every year or less.
AAE - 35k
AE - 45k
SAE - 65k
Sup - 80k
55k-65k
It’s more like $50 to 60k. Also, if shops don’t have Supes, they will probably have an SAE/Account Manager as a buffer. AE work is very different from AS work...
Where are all the people saying above $60k getting their numbers from? That is not industry norm in NYC... $60k is the cap for an experienced AE, $55k is the norm with any experience, $50k for a new AE.
Yeah I'd sayb45-60k is pretty standard/reasonable but people's responses are making me question everyone I know that are AEs and if we are getting screwed
Yea, I’m a female with 5 years experience. I went to a smaller shop as an SAE with more responsibility so was able to get that major jump.
AAE - 36K
AE - 48K
SAE - 75K
Sup - 91K
I’m similar to @AS3. Moved agencies at almost every level so that’s why there are 2 salaries for 3 of them.
AAE - 35-40K
AE - 45K
SAE - 55-62K
AS - 72-90K
I started as an AE at $50k. Then after 1.5 years got another offer and negotiated $62k. I think around $50k is the average as a new AE
I wouldn’t accept less than $60k unless it’s some sort of unique brand or learning experience you’re seeking
48-68k
Some shops dont have Sups so can be a little higher
If you’re going from an AAE into an AE role I’d say $60-$65, since you don’t have any AE experience under your belt yet
@AS1 yes, I actually meant to type no SAE spots so may be higher
I started out at 45K as an AE

Yours seem a little low to me
lol I was making 40 as an aae so I think it's unlikely you'll jump to 60 but doesn't hurt to ask
@bbdo
That’s what I got when I jumped
40 - AC/AAE
50 - AE
I make 50K 😗
