I've had a hybrid role for the past 4 years where I get unlimited sick days (well 14 really until fmla kicked in), 3 weeks of vacation, 3 personal days. I am also given the week after Xmas off. if my toddlers are sick I can work at home with them. Interviewing w fortune 500 that offers 15 pto days that have to use for sick days too.Strictly in office job 9-5 and dress bus.prof. These bad benefits? Outdated culture?I am a seasoned professional. Seems tough.

Two. WFH and a bonus every year.
Wfh, flex time, and a good paycheck helps.... and definitely a culture that doesn't promote back stabbing and nepotism.
WFH
For me it comes down to culture. Respect your employees and they'll respect you back. Work with them when life events happen, know that no one can give 110% of themselves every single day without burning out.
Culture is an illusion —money and the potential to make more money (promotion, bonus), or the fear of not having money is why most people stay.
Not for me. Yes everyone works for money but the people and flexibility are what have kept me at my job.
Money
1. A good boss
2. Flexibility, being able to set my schedule around my day.
3. Work from home
WFH + unlimited PTO that is encouraged to use

Stay where?
Only 5 years from retirement. It's too late to start over
Culture. Flexibility.
Office gym. Close proximity to office. $ is good enough for the WFH flexibility. Despite those positives, management and culture is horrendous. Not really wanting to leave, but may not have much choice. More than likely they’ll PIP me anyway, but I’d rather leave on my terms and not theirs.

The benefits. I would rather go back to being full time Real Estate, but the Property Management gig has good health insurance.
Self scheduling, wfh, money
One job I stayed at for a while was because of the flexible hours. Culture is another big one, and work from home would be nice.
The historic frozen pension (I’m old) that maxes out at 25 years’ seniority. The second that hits I pull the ripcord.
Medical benefits
RSUs are the only thing that keeps me here. Culture is tough, hours are long, stress is high, but money will keep me here.
