I have 8.9 years of tech writing experience. How much CTC should I be expecting when I join a new company. My current CTC is 20L pa (18.75 (fixed) + 1.75 (variable)).

How much are your raises every year on average? As a senior it’s been 6-8%

Started as a fresher in Capgemini with 6.8LPA. I switched to PwC few Months back.

CCTC in PwC AC : 11lpa with 2.10YOE.
