What’s the salary range for senior consultants at Slalom Consulting and Deloitte and Booz Allen Hamilton ?

Got an offer from a smaller consulting firm for 125k for a San Fran based job and I feel that’s def smaller than what I’d be able to get from the other firms I just started interviewing with.

Im looking at new job opportunities out side of PA but struggle to confidently answer how much I’m looking to be paid. I’m so worried of over asking or leaving money in the table.
I’m in a SoCal HCOL and have been asking for 100k for Senior Internal Audit Roles (2 years) and working on my CiSa.
Is that too optimistic?

I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.
