I’m at 69k
S1 audit Dallas 73k
Perhaps, but you also get that pay a whole year earlier than we do at PwC. Audit promotes after 3 years instead of 2. A3 I was at 61k.
Seems a little low. I would add at least 5k to that.
Wasn’t intending to be firm specific. I’m at a regional firm after leaving GT, my answer would be consistent for both.
I was at $63k in Seattle (high COL) when I was an S1 😑
What level senior? S1 that’s close. S2 mid 70s. Source: I’m a S2 in Dallas.
Thanks to all for your replies much appreciated!! 🙏🏽👍🏽
I’d be a S1. Will be moving out there soon and was looking to see what numbers I’d be working with (been told verbally I’ll be a Senior this July 1st at my current firm).
Damn I’m at $73k in Austin
I’m a staff 2 in Dallas and was told during my comp discussion last year that I was a top performer. If 65k is on par for a S1 in the Dallas office, I’d need like an 11% raise which seems unlikely... even though it would put me where I should be. Thinking I got lowballed last year, especially for a top performer. Frustrating.
I was told the average raise last year from A2 to S1 was 15% so that seems likely to me. It’s a big jump
