Did you notice any results from it? After trying collagen powder and supplements on and off for a few years then doing a LOT of research it seems like they don’t really do anything?!
I’ve been taking vital proteins collagen peptides for a few years and noticed stronger nails along with less hair shedding
My personal trainer suggested several months ago that I try collagen. However, I mentioned it to my primary care doctor during one of my appointments, and he said that studies show that it doesn’t do any good for you. I’m going by what my doctor says.
