I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.

Low performers are generally the first to go, as expected. If deeper cuts are needed, those not adding value back to the firm would be next, thus utilization is a decent measure. With that said, if you time it wrong and end up on the bench at the wrong time but with high utilization you make yourself vulnerable
Was the last day of my project, also was involved in a few PRD initiatives. So just always have your resume updated. Was in advisory
I had 95% utilization and got let go

Jeez d1, what service line? Also were you on the beach at the time?
Sorry D1. Was this recent? I didn't even know of layoffs in advisory.
