Many of my health & fitness colleagues are finding themselves out of work. The next big question is, will they ever go back to a gym or health club. While I hope the answer is yes, we must live in the here and now and create new opportunities for the industry. I’ve been at a job a year and have what I would call a very toxic manager. When I first started they were very nasty to me making comments about my appearance, my character and other inappropriate and mean things. I let them know how this made me feel and they stopped however I continue to notice how manipulative and condescending they are. My mental health is at a low. We are about to be at our busy season but I want to leave so bad. Should I wait until after the busy season or leave asap?
