How much an EXL pay for 3.5 YOE data engineer?

Requesting people to share their comp. I can start first. Role: Developer YOE: 2 Base: 100k

I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

Total comp over 200k. What do you do and where do you work?

Looking to make a jump in careers to another outside sales role and looking for 200k+ all in.

Am I crazy? I’m considering turning down an offer 3x my current comp in a city I love. I even like the company culture better at the new firm. Downside is the day to day work as they’re different industries. I really can’t see myself doing the work at the new firm long term. I get work is work but this especially leaves me unfulfilled. But feel bad turning down something that on paper seems like a no brainer. Any fishies here have advice/gone thru similar experience? Did you regret it?

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

A unit in TCS is trying to retain me saying if they revise the ctc (from their unit bugedt) and provide an Indonesian onsite opportunity, will you revoke your papers. Is it worth taking this chance? The team is very small of just 10 people and I am not sure how much will they provide for onsite. Pls advice as not a single question was asked in the interview apart from expectations.

Interview tomorrow for a tax associate opening at RSM. Been working in a mid-size city (different firm) that is about 70 minutes from this new home office in a larger metro. How flexible is WFH or dual model going forward post Covid? Am interested in this position and going to tax, but not be able to relocate for family reasons. I enjoy accounting and enjoy being challenged, but my mental and physical health are also falling by the wayside. I’m only in my second year, but I’ve been working in full senior capacity for a while. I like the research/memo writing side of the job the most (when I get to do it). Just tired of the hours.
