Where is everyone realistically going to go with all the attrition everyone has said Omnicom has factored into their plan?

All Omnicom is going to get is a demoralized workforce doing nothing for their clients - causing them to leave - until people are forced out or the economy gets better and there are actually places hiring that people can leave and join.

As with most things with this acquisition, I don’t think they thought out their attrition play very well and theyll be stuck with salary

Can anyone help me wrap my head around this post Series C start-up equity offer? It’s an IP director position, the the base is $170 with 10% bonus (both lower than I was expecting). There’s also an equity component: 0.15% of current fully diluted equity. This equates to about 30000 shares at a strike price of $2. They also indicate the preferred stock price is $6 and preferred stock equity is $188k (whatever that means). They are in the middle of a new financing and valuation round.

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.
