He is a sales and operations director at a local business in Houston. He currently makes $80K + the opportunity for up to $9,600 in bonus throughout the year + 3% 401(k) match ($92,000 total comp). I got offer from Deloitte for around 14.5 (fixed + variable) for 4 years of experience in SAP.

But now i have better offer for around 17 LPA.

Is it a good decision to ask Deloitte india for a revision?

I recently interviewed for a small strat consulting company (energy industry). I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). Im now worried theyll lowball me because I really shouldve asked for 120+bonus (I think this is market rate?) But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?

i have joined accenture in sep 2021 , and i am in a development project in .net technology.
