Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. I hear the Polaris campus has great opportunities, I was thinking about getting my foot in the door through retail then transferring to corporate ?
I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? To entice you away and then they balance you out over time
Lol. NO! To keep overall liability and lifetime costs of the relationship as low as possible on their side. Do you seriously not understand how much of the cost of employing you is directly tied to calculations based on your base pay? "Balance you out".... No. Every penny avoided, for however long, is straight to their bottom line, every year you stay, for as long as things get calculated on a base pay + % basis.
E3 I feel like you know what you're talking about, but I didn't quite follow. Can you kindly elaborate? Thanks
