Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

Where Cognizant offering more package almost 1.5 Lpa mor, but heard lot of negative review on social media like they don't have good project, no job security, they will make you to work on other tech etc . Blank page requirement in Passport

I have multiple blank pages in my Passport but they are all interspersed, i.e. no two consecutive pages are blank. Does that matter for new visa stampings? My understanding is that Schengen countries require 2 consecutive blank pages. Can someone confirm please whether I need a renewal? Thank you
