Worked extremely long hours the past 2-3 weeks and was finishing my masters program at the same time. I slept in late twice in the past month during this and I'm really anxious about getting in trouble. For more context | was working til 7-8 sometimes 10pm and doing schoolwork until 2-3am some nights because of this. Slept in til 11 am twice because I went to bed so late. Asking for advice on how to handle this, it’s really worrying me.

Working Moms/Dads: Do in-house positions exist with flex time hours? I need to be able to leave work at 4pm to pick up my son from daycare, but i can get back online at home to resume any unfinished work at 8pm. Is this realistic to convey to any companies in an interview? Pandemic aside, is face time 9-7pm really important?
