Through campus recruiting and if you go to a top school - would probably require changing firms. But no guarantees. If your firm does it, just as many do a direct transition without the MBA.

Top school with on campus recruitment. On campus recruitment is key as firms essentially have a quota to fill (not formally, but if you spend thousands flying people out to do interviewing then you want something to show for it).

You could probably switch to tech strategy easily enough without an MBA. However, if you want to switch to MBB strategy, a top 10 MBA is your best bet.

Yes it will. Join the likes of MBB, BIG 4 tech strategy practices after your MBA. I joined Deloitte Tech Strategy & Architecture practice (it has undergone several name changes by now).
Yup, I’m thinking of ACN tech strategy. From there if I want to do business strategy I could move to ACN strategy and maybe MBB/T2
Short answer is Yes and oftentimes this is one of the main reason for MBA. Change career and network. Now bigger question is having your exp/story ready to get into MBA.

I moved from tech implementation to tech strategy without MBA. Definitely possible
Yup got it and not a bad move to make. This move definitely wont require MBA doesnt mean MBA wont help doesnlt mean it is easy but MBA is not necessarily needed. this is just my 2 cents from what I observed.
