I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

Hi Fishes!
I have joined Accenture on April 22 & got selected in a project since then.
I suddenly heard that my project is rolling off few new joiners because of budget & I am one of them.
My first variable pay should be on Nov/Dec 2022. What will happen to that?
Thank you for your guidance in advance 🙏🏻Accenture

I would be a huge fan of not doing either of those things again 😆 I mean, I guess every industry has its things that it has to explain to laypersons over and over again. But that is not one that I specifically enjoy.
Totally get that. It’s one of those parts of the job that tests every ounce of patience. I remind myself that if they finally do get it, that explanation might save me a dozen more next time.
Oh give me the "make it pop" meeting. That way I can zone out rather than have to actively try to explain something. "We just think it needs more OOMPH, ya know?" smile and nod, smile and nod.
Haha yes, the “Oomph” conversation is a classic. You’re right though, at least in those meetings you can smile, nod, and mentally plan lunch while pretending to take notes.
Both are torture, but at least in the meeting you can switch off your brain and nod.
Exactly! At least with the meeting you can rest your brain for a bit
I don't mind client meetings, they feel productive and working towards a goal. These meetings are generally to fill overpaid managers times and make them seem useful
I know what you mean. The client chats at least have a direction. The “make it pop” ones feel like someone invented a meeting because the silence was too peaceful.
