I ask because I’ve let my credit spending get a bit lax since moving and adopting a puppy recently, so I haven’t been paying them off in full every month like I used to (though still well above the minimum payment, and keeping utilization at 30% or under). When I ask to hr guy he said it is equal to Manager level. But title will change department department. Is it true? B7 is manager role ? What is CDIO department in Natwest. Please clear my doubts

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business.
