If you’re interviewing for a role with the title of “Business Analyst”, but you have an MBA from a top school, do you get the salary/title of an associate once you’re hired?

Contemplating two offers: 3.5 YOE
McKinsey:
Business Analyst, TX: First year TC = $110k

Facebook:
Project Manager, CA: First year TC = $120k

I’m truly leaning towards McK then exit with a much higher base salary in a couple years. I’m only four years out of college and don’t have a clue what I wanna do for the next 30+ years so here I am seeking advice from you fine folks
